We started off by walking through their home and talking about how each area was used (or not!) and how guests would and could find comfort and value in them. If something needed to be moved, me moved it!

I took photos of each space, focusing on details that make the home unique and appealing to guests.

I also advised my client on pricing, a local guidebook, and communicating with future guests.
